With normal water supply, the water vapor discharged from the result condensed into water backflow in the case of a cold copper tube, so that the oven was long and costly, and the effect was not good.
Fifth, the feed should take into account the current meter, try to make the power stable. Do as much or as much to make the device output high power.
Sixth, accurately control the temperature of molten iron, do not let the temperature too high or part of too high, high power consumption, lining life is suffocating, a good furnace can save energy and high efficiency.
7. Choose the right equipment. If the furnace is too large or small, it may increase the power consumption. The same large furnace saves power, the same fast furnace saves electricity, and the high voltage is lower than the low voltage.
