1) Select refractory materials with better performance, purer composition and reasonable particle size ratio.

2) Before the furnace is paved, it is necessary to check whether the coil is damaged. When laying the furnace, it is necessary to lay the insulation board, stainless alarm net, and heat insulation board.

3) It is necessary to select the things to build the furnace, and do all the preparation work before the furnace construction, and control the feeding amount and the tamping time of each layer. When the furnace is built, avoid foreign matter falling in, and obtain a strong and clean sputum as much as possible.

4) The oven should pay attention to the heating speed to ensure that the water vapor in the furnace lining is slowly and completely discharged; in the quartz phase change, the heating speed should be lowered or the heat can be changed to make the phase change slowly until the phase transition is complete.

5) Do a good job in each furnace process and try to avoid the occurrence of its shortcomings.
